Sections live in the side menu: Analytics meters every token spent and holds the live AI job log, Autorefresh holds the schedules (analysis jobs now run concurrently), Users and Tiers & access manage accounts, quotas and who sees the autorefreshed analytics, Sources is feed health, and the old Jobs & data queue lives under Superseded.

On each cycle the engine re-scans the selected pages free, then auto-runs only the AI jobs the policy allows. Smart runs the ranking/tagging/metrics passes and the market brief — the jobs that keep the landing page fresh. The previous public data stays live until the entire cycle finishes successfully. Targeted Premium Analytics runs on its own schedule below, and its per-target analysis jobs run concurrently (up to 3 at a time, SILECAT_AI_JOB_CONCURRENCY) so a pass finishes in a fraction of the old wall-clock time. Member-requested analytics run privately against the member's tokens and are never claimed by this scheduler. AI jobs also require OpenAI to be enabled on the Overview page and stay inside the per-cycle and daily budgets. Every cycle's actual spend lands in Analytics.

Run one complete refresh now for only the selected public pages. Existing public data remains visible until the selected refresh finishes successfully.

Each exchange is parsed into a candidate directory and published atomically. A failed or empty import leaves the last-known-good instruments in place. Missing listings are suspended on the first successful absence and removed only after the next successful sync.

Members run Premium Analytics against their tier's monthly token quota; results stay private to them. The dollar figures below are admin-only — users see exact token counts, never dollar amounts. Unlimited bypasses the quota entirely. The dev tier is hidden staff access: unlimited usage, assignable only here, never advertised on the public site, and immune to billing events. Every console action on an account lands in that account's activity log.

Monthly Premium Analytics token quotas for each tier (reset on the 1st, UTC), how many free analyses each public stream shows to visitors, and which tiers can read the autorefreshed premium analytics at all. Users only ever see token counts and flat published prices — never dollar amounts. The dev tier has no quota row: it is always unlimited and clears every visibility bar.
